Meet the Founder

I’ve been in the building and property trade since the age of 16, starting out refurbishing properties for a well-established company before launching my own business. In 1989, I founded KC Joinery, which quickly earned a reputation for high-quality workmanship across both domestic and commercial projects. Over the years, we’ve handled everything from small household jobs to large-scale developments worth over a million pounds.

As my experience grew, so did my interest in property investment and development. After successfully renovating and flipping several of my own properties—as well as assisting clients with theirs—I decided to formalise this work with the creation of KC Property Development. This arm of the business focuses on sourcing, developing, and trading property, including flips, joint ventures (JVs), and assisted sales.

To complement this, I established KC Property Buyers to provide a direct and hassle-free route for homeowners looking to sell quickly. This company was created with the goal of offering flexible solutions for sellers, backed by the practical experience and credibility built over decades in the industry.

Across all three businesses, my focus has always been on quality, integrity, and building lasting relationships. I’ve also spent the past few years investing in my own property education to strengthen my knowledge and bring even more value to the services we offer.

Now, with my son joining the business, I’m proud to be building something lasting—not just for our clients, but for the next generation of the KC brand.
